Fee has more than ten years of experience in scouting and marketing new technologies. From 2012 till 2016 she was the Head of Program for hub:raum, the Tech Incubator at Deutsche Telekom. She advises sports clubs at a professional level as well as developers and suppliers of medical and sports technology solutions. Fee is an ambitious athlete and former swimmer.
Her experience includes:
- Marketing & Sales for startups and technology providers
- Scouting and evaluating startups and IoT technologies
- Conceptualizing and implementing technology suites for elite sports clubs
- Conceptualizing and implementing digitization and innovation processes (for instance startup programs such as accelerator or incubator programs, etc.)
In August 2017, Fee published a study on the use of new technologies in the Bundesliga. A re-edition of the study was published September 2020.
She regularly appears as a speaker and anchor at tech and sports conferences.
Fee is the organizer of SportsTech Germany and a mentor at the leAD Sports Accelerator.
