		<description>You can already receive a message I believe from Dopplr when people are in the same city as you are, be it at home or while traveling. There's also a UK company which does this, WAYN. I'm also of the opinion though that there are multiple services out there, which if and when consolidated, will add much more value than as stand-alone entities. You nailed it on the head though when addressing tariffs as well as roaming costs and the fact that these are holding LBS's back. This in my opinion will remain the main bottleneck for the short-term when it comes to deploying LBS's and really reaching that necessary tipping point.</description>
